Return Policy

At Gazebo Sale, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that occasionally you may need to return or exchange an item. This policy outlines your rights and obligations for returns and refunds.

  1. Faulty or misdescribed Items

If you receive a faulty item, an item that is not as described, or an item that does not perform its intended function, you have the right to a full refund or a replacement within 30 days of receiving the item. After the initial 30-day period, your statutory rights may entitle you to a repair or replacement for up to 6 months in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland, and up to 5 years in Scotland.

Please notify us within seven days of receiving the item to initiate the return process. We may require you to provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation. Additionally, we may request images or videos that showcase the issue, enabling us to investigate and prevent its recurrence in the future.

  1. Change of mind

As a responsible retailer, we recognise that consumers have certain rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and these rights include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair, and/or compensation for faulty or misdescribed goods. However, there are exceptions to this rule for items sold through distance selling, such as online purchases.

As an online e-commerce store, we adhere to the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which grant you the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive the goods. This right applies even if there is no fault with the item. Please return the unused goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation, and we will offer you a full refund, including the standard delivery costs (if applicable). You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

If you have accepted an item and later discover a fault, we may arrange for a repair or replacement. Please contact us within seven days of receiving the item to report the issue. After the initial 30-day period, we may request evidence to establish that the item was defective when purchased.

When returning an item, please ensure that it is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is faulty, not as described, or does not perform its intended function.

If the return is approved, we will process the refund within 14 days using the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
